Randon Triel-HT completes its first year of operations

This August, Randon Implementos and Triel-HT celebrate the one year milestone for operations of the company Randon Triel-HT, in Erechim, in the north of Rio Grande do Sul. As the result of a partnership between the two companies from Rio Grande do Sul to manufacture special road equipment, aluminum and isothermal tanks, the company reached indicators that exceed the initial production projections and number of people hired. During this period, the company started operating in May this year in new facilities with approximately 11.8 thousand m² of built area, in a total area of 20 thousand m².

With production lines adapted for greater customization and specific applications, Randon Triel-HT surpassed the mark of 500 units of manufactured equipment units. About 12% of this total was for customers in the foreign market. The company also exceeded expectations for new jobs that would be created, currently employing more than 200 people. Randon Triel-HT required an investment of BRL 22 million, to produce 1,100 products, between heavy and light lines, per year, and doubled the manufacturing capacity in the current plant, with plans to gradualy expand the portfolio.

“With the investments made and our joint efforts, we are achieving important visibility in the national and international scenarios, with the generation of new work fronts in the region, with continuous efforts to develop products with high quality standards, meeting market demands”, said Darlan Dalla Rosa, one of the directors of the Triel-HT group.

Among the products manufactured in this unit are aluminum tanks, isothermal stainless steel, stainless steel and elliptical carbon, special tippers, cattle, movable floor, tipping silo, special loaders, special bases, tippers on chassis, roll-on/roll-off box and poly-winch (roll-on/roll-off), among others.
