Headquartered in Caxias do Sul (RS), Randon was born thanks to the entrepreneurship of the brothers Raul and Hercílio Randon. Today, it has a solid Distributor Network strategically located in more than 80 locations in Brazil and industrial units in Erechim (RS), Chapecó (SC), Araraquara (SP), Paulínia (SP), Messias (AL), Alvear (Argentina) and New Jersey (USA). In addition, it is the main Brazilian exporter of road equipment, with an international network with 48 distribution points, responsible for about 60% of Brazil's exports. The history of cargo transportation expansion in Brazil and abroad is directly linked to the evolution of Randon in meeting this segment's demands, creating solutions and technological innovations that make the company a globally recognized player.

Since it was founded, Randon Implementos has prioritized valuing and respecting its employees, guiding its management policies and practices for holistic growth for all, as well as the community where it operates. Through the Elisabetha Randon Institute, it maintains programs that aim to promote citizenship and social development, as well as specific actions at times when the community needs it most, always seeking to help those who are close by.
Florescer is a social responsibility program of the Elisabetha Randon Institute whose mission is to prepare children and adolescents, between 6 and 15 years of age who are in a situation of social vulnerability, to exercise citizenship, offering a better quality of life and a promising future. The activities seek to promote the strengthening of bonds, healthy family life, and the development of autonomy, among other factors.
The Florescer Professional Initiation Program offers courses in partnership with SENAI (National Service for Industrial Learning). Started in 2005, the Program prepares young people from 15 to 16 years of age for a better insertion in the job market through technical and humanistic training, meeting the basic technical qualification needs and thus facilitating the entry of these young people in the job market.
Launched in 2005, in partnership with the NGO Parceiros Voluntários, the Ser Voluntário Program was created with the goal of encouraging the Randon Companies’ workforce to develop actions with public entities and schools. Volunteers provide renovation and painting services, maintenance, gardening, event planning, lectures, among others
Created in 2010, with the objective of educating drivers and pedestrians on appropriate and safer behavior in traffic, the Program has been implemented by Instituto Elisabetha Randon through lectures, theater, print material, videos and campaigns, bringing information to about 60 thousand people per year.
Created to preserve and disseminate the history of the Randon Companies, the Memorial is a space dedicated to the preservation and storage of historical documents related to all the businesses that are part of the Company. To date, the collection comprises more than 37 thousand documents including photographs, reports, videos, verbal memory, digital media, among others.
