Additionally, it is Brazil's leading exporter of road implements, with an international network consisting of 48 distribution points, accounting for approximately 60% of Brazil's exports. The history of freight transport expansion in the country and abroad is directly linked to Randon's evolution in meeting the demands of this segment, creating innovative and technological solutions that make the company a globally recognized player.
Randon S.A. Implementos e Participações, in compliance with Law 14.611/2023, hereby publishes the salary transparency report issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment. Founded in 1949, the company's headquarters is responsible for producing the majority of the more than 460,000 units manufactured to date. It is also here where the main innovations of Randon emerge, one of the few road implement companies in the world that has a Technological Center for product testing and certification, with about 15 km of tracks simulating various traffic situations.

With 122 hectares, of which 25,000 m² are occupied by the factory, administrative area, and support, the Araraquara manufacturing unit began its operations in 2018 with a production capacity of up to 2,000 units per year.
Strategically located, through it, Randon meets the demand for products characteristic of the southeastern region of the country, used in sugarcane cultivation, in the transport of industrialized goods, and benefiting from the existing road-rail infrastructure. In 2020, the unit was expanded with new painting cells and additional lines for manufacturing dump trailers and side loaders.

Randon Chapecó is the result of the acquisition of Folle, a manufacturer of semi-trailers, by Randon S.A. Implementos e Participações in October 2011.
Headquartered in Chapecó-SC, it was initially focused on the production of refrigerated semi-trailers to meet the demand of the region, a major producer and processor of poultry and pork meat and their by-products. It later expanded its production lines to include general cargo van semi-trailers.
The company was born aligned with the strategy of investing in the strengthening of specific segments in regional hubs, ensuring a greater presence of the company in both the Santa Catarina and national markets.

Created in 2019, Randon Triel-HT is the result of the partnership between Randon Implementos and the Triel-HT Group. It is dedicated to the manufacturing of special road implements, aluminum, stainless steel, and isothermal tanks. The plant, located in the city of Erechim-RS, covers a total area of 20,800 m², with 11,800 m² of built area featuring agile and modern production processes. The unit has a flexible production line capable of manufacturing various types of products, totaling approximately 800 heavy-duty units and 300 light-duty units per year.

Florescer is a social responsibility program of the Elisabetha Randon Institute with the mission of preparing children and adolescents, aged 6 to 15, in situations of social vulnerability, for the exercise of citizenship, offering a better quality of life and a promising future. The activities aim to promote the strengthening of bonds, healthy family coexistence, the development of autonomy, among other factors.
The Florescer Professional Initiation Program offers courses in partnership with SENAI (National Industrial Learning Service). Started in 2005, the program prepares young people aged 15 to 16 for better integration into the job market through technical and humanistic training, addressing basic technical qualification needs and facilitating their entry into the workforce.
Launched in 2005, in partnership with the NGO Parceiros Voluntários, the Be a Volunteer Program was created to encourage Randoncorp's workforce to engage in activities with public entities and schools. Volunteers provide services such as building renovation and painting, maintenance, gardening, event organization, lectures, among others.
Created in 2010, with the goal of educating drivers and pedestrians for more appropriate and safe behavior in traffic, the program has been implemented by the Elisabetha Randon Institute through lectures, theater, printed materials, videos, and campaigns, reaching approximately 60,000 viewers per year.
Created to preserve and disseminate the history of Randoncorp, the Memorial is a space dedicated to the conservation and storage of historical documents related to all the companies that are part of the Corporation. To date, the collection consists of over 37,000 documents, including photographs, reports, videos, oral history, digital media, and more.
